- A Security Deposit of $200 is required for all events except for meetings to be held in the Ross Center or Hexagon during normal business hours.
- Refund of deposit will be given if cancellation is at least four weeks prior to the event date.
- Merryspring Members receive a 10% discount.
- An additional 10% discount will be given if reservation is during office hours.
- We strongly recommend car-pooling and a parking attendant to keep roadway clear
and to oversee parking in meadow. Click here for a map of entrance and parking areas.
- If rentals are not full day, other reservations may be scheduled on same day.
- Portable toilets are required for 50 or more people
- Total or any outstanding balance must be paid before event date.
